Ramadan Kareem <3 - mansaf - المنسف

Ohhh mansaf my dear one of the most jordanian authentic dish, this dish express ppl happiness and sadness, there's many ways to cook mansaf, it depends on you and the ppl u wanna serve :-), u can use chicken or meat , yogurt or (jadmeed)

Jameed : is kind of yogurt cooked in special bowl, made by goatskin ! To separate the butter and the milk and cook it again to thicken, it tastes sower heavy cream.

Ingredient:
Lamp meat
Rice
Almonds
Parsley

Directions:
- cook the meat with water on low heat for one hour or two-
- after that take the stoke and jameed and mix it in the mixer until u have creamy texture - before tgst u gave to soak (jameed) for half an hour then mix it,
- return the mix with the meat in heat for 30 min Season it with pepper - dnt ever add salt, ( the base of the amazing dish is ready now :-) )

How to serve :
In a big dish add chopped Breda bread or any bread u have, add one cup of the mix to soften the beard, then add the rice and the meat, decorated with fried almonds and parsley.
