Ingredients:
1 pound chopped okra
1/2 pound chopped meat lamp
1 big chopped sweet onion
1 can tomato
olive oil, salt , pepper, garlic powder
Directions:
-In a non- stick pan on a medium heat put a little olive oil, add the onion sns the meat for 30 min.
-fried the okra on a separate pan after they have the roasted color add them to meat pan
-put a little pit of water and wait till see the bubbles then add the tomato sauce can, season it with salt and pepper, garlic powder, cook it for 15 min then serve with rice.
