Okra tomato

Ingredients:
1 pound chopped okra
1/2 pound chopped meat lamp
1 big chopped sweet onion
1 can tomato
olive oil, salt , pepper, garlic powder


Directions:
-In a non- stick pan on a medium heat put a little olive oil, add the onion sns the meat for 30 min.
-fried the okra on a separate pan after they have the roasted color add them to meat pan
-put a little pit of water and wait till see the bubbles then add the tomato sauce can, season it with salt and pepper, garlic powder, cook it for 15 min then serve with rice.

Ramadan Kareem <3 - mansaf - المنسف

Ohhh mansaf my dear one of the most jordanian authentic dish, this dish express ppl happiness and sadness, there's many ways to cook mansaf, it depends on you and the ppl u wanna serve :-), u can use chicken or meat , yogurt or (jadmeed)

Jameed : is kind of yogurt cooked in special bowl, made by goatskin ! To separate the butter and the milk and cook it again to thicken, it tastes sower heavy cream.

Ingredient:
Lamp meat
Rice
Almonds
Parsley

Directions:
- cook the meat with water on low heat for one hour or two-
- after that take the stoke and jameed and mix it in the mixer until u have creamy texture - before tgst u gave to soak (jameed) for half an hour then mix it,
- return the mix with the meat in heat for 30 min Season it with pepper - dnt ever add salt, ( the base of the amazing dish is ready now :-) )

How to serve :
In a big dish add chopped Breda bread or any bread u have, add one cup of the mix to soften the beard, then add the rice and the meat, decorated with fried almonds and parsley.

Taboleh تبولة :

A cool fresh salad is perfect for a sweltering summer day. Who wants to cook when it is so hot. I eat an abundance of salad all year round. I am always looking for a different recipe to try. My favorite salad is the Lebanese salad though. I eat it with hummus and pita bread. It makes a delicious lunch or a light dinner meal.

Ingredients :

Recipe:

1Tomatoes chopped
1 Cucumber chopped
1-2 lemons Juiced
2 Bunches fresh parsley finely chopped
1 small white onion finely chopped

Mint for garnish add more if you want it in the salad but I didn't have it that day
Sea salt to taste
Olive oil optional
Pepper

Normally they put Bulgar wheat in this salad but U can't find it the normal stores, u should go to Arabic food store

First of all we soak the bulgar wheat with the lemons juice for two hours or u can put it in the microwave for two minutes and it's done :-)

Combine all the ingredients with the seasoning and serve :-)

Avocado salad yummy

One of my favorite recipe is the avocado lettuce salad :)

Ingredients :

1 avocado
Lettuce ( around 2 cups )
3 small sour pickles
1 cup cherry tomato
salt, pepper, olive oil

Directions :
Cut all the yummy greens and mix it in a bowl with the seasoning and enjoy the freshness of yummy creamy avocado with the pickle sourness, it's amazing delicious combinations ;-)

Delicious mediterranean breakfast

I love making hummus and falafel at the weekend and enjoy it with the family, I feel love in those two authentic dishes:-) it's reminded me of my childhood, while me standing beside mom,looking at her moves while she preparing the yummy meal for us ;) I love u mom <3

Hummus :
-Ingredients
1 can of hummus beans
3 spoon of tahini
2 spoon of non-fat yoghurt
3 oz of one lime juice
Salt, pepper, garlic powder

directions :
Combine all the above in the mixer until u have the creamy texture of hummus

Eat it with Breda bread or whole grain toast with olive oil, black olive :)
