Ingredients :
3 eggs
1/2 cup corn oil/ butter
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1 tbs baking powder
3 drops vanilla extract
Pineapple --> depends on the pan u use
For the caramel sauce :
2 cups of sugar
3 tbs water
1/4 cup of butter
Instruction :
Preheat the oven 350 , start the caranel sauce first , add all the ingredients on non stick pan on high heat , stir and be patient :) it took 20 to 30 min to become golden brown sauce, add it to the cake pan after u cover the pan with butter all over , row the pineapple slices over the sauce
After that mix all the cake ingredients together and put it at the top
Bake it for 20 - 30 min
Wait 10 min at least and you can serve it :-) I like it warm
